Over the weekend, I decide to mix up my salad choices and make something completely different. Takes less than 5 mins to whip up and is suitable for vegetarians.

Handful of Kale

Frozen Berries 

Strawberry

Feta cheese

Chia seeds

Mix everything in a bowl and viola, lunch is ready
